Apologies for the non-botanical sidenote, followers. Today is Esther Day in nerdfighteria, the community of people who watch the videos of John and Hank Green. Esther Earl was a young woman who died of cancer at sixteen. John and Hank offered to make a video every year on her birthday on the topic of her choice.
Esther asked that they make a video about family and love. So, today, tell the people you care about that you love them.
